Greg Ball

(Chairman) CMInstD; FPINZ

Greg is the founder and former Managing Director of The Property Group Limited. He specialises in business and strategic planning, change management and project management. For the past 30 years he has provided astute property consultancy advice in New Zealand. Greg holds numerous directorships and is a past president of the Property Institute of New Zealand. He joined the Board and was appointed Chairman of Omeo Group Limited and subsidiaries June 2018.

John Parker

B.Ag Sc., Advanced Management Programme (Harvard)

John spent most of his career with the NZ Dairy Board in marketing, eventually as GM Marketing, Deputy CEO and managing much of the NZDB’s offshore network.

John has been a Director of a number of companies, including ENZA, Farmlands Trading Society, Frucor, Mainland Products, Tip Top, Foundation for Research Science and Technology.

John is the ex-Chairman of Taupo Motor Sports Park, Ruapehu Alpine Lifts, Port of Tauranga, Toll Owens, Northport, NZ Farming Systems Uruguay.

John is the current Chairman of two farming companies, Investment Advisory Panel of the Primary Growth Partnership, Genoese Foods Limited.

Kevin & Kay Halsall

Kevin is considered within the New Zealand plastics industry as an innovator and for his solution-oriented approach to rotational moulding and tool design. He has vast experience and proven skills in product design and development, rotational moulding, pattern making, and practical Engineering consultancy, all of these skills he brings to the Omeo board.

Kevin and Kay have operated their own company K Halsall Limited since 2009, specialising in developing world-class products across a broad range of industries.

They have both been Directors of Omeo Holdings Limited since April 2015.

Stuart Ayres

Chief Executive

Stuart joined Omeo Technology in May 2016 as a business adviser, when the Omeo was still a prototype.  He helped the founders build their business infrastructure, generate pre-orders, and establish a distribution network plus also raise capital.

He was appointed Chief Executive and Director in June 2017.

Stuart has an extensive background in business advisory and has also held leadership and senior roles in banking, finance and dispute resolution (government).  He has considerable experience and/or interests in property development and investment, finance and insurance advisory as well as distribution and media. He has governance experience having past represented industry groups, a finance company as well as sports and community organisations.
